These evenings will highlight up coming chefs from all ages and places. As part of our education programme, we will be inviting keen 'raw talent' to spend the evening cooking in the restaurant. Each Chef will be presented with a box of ingredients to use for their menu, it will be their own flare and style but of course following the restaurants ethos for local organic ingredients with health in mind.
We kick off these evenings on 7th February with our very own Billy South, a talented young chef currently training under John in the kitchen. Billy started his career at Osbourne's Fishmongers so is at home with whatever the fisherman delivers! He has a natural 'raw' talent that shines through in every dish he prepares.
