These evenings will highlight up coming chefs from all ages and places. As part of our education programme, we will be inviting keen 'raw talent' to spend the evening cooking in the restaurant. Each Chef will be presented with a box of ingredients to use for their menu, it will be their own flare and style but of course following the restaurants ethos for local organic ingredients with health in mind.
Our second event will be created by Chef Jonathan Harvey. Jonathan is now back in Essex after spending time in Cornwall cooking at Jamie Oliver's Fifteen and as Head Chef of a French Bistro on Bre Pen Farm, where he cooked his menu straight from the produce grown there.
Currently a private Chef, Jonathan is as excited as we are to have him cook his menu at FOOD.
