These evenings will highlight up coming chefs from all ages and places. As part of our education programme, we will be inviting keen 'raw talent' to spend the evening cooking in the restaurant. Each Chef will be presented with a box of ingredients to use for their menu, it will be their own flare and style but of course following the restaurants ethos for local organic ingredients with health in mind.
Jasper joined the restaurant washing up when we opened in June 2017 and is now our youngest apprentice.
He enjoys every element of kitchen life and is passionate about good food and produce.
Jasper enjoys making the varies gluten free breads and also experimenting with flavours as he did with the recent beetroot ice cream.
