Raw Chef Evening with Susan Davis

These evenings will highlight up coming chefs from all ages and places. As part of our education programme, we will be inviting keen 'raw talent' to spend the evening cooking in the restaurant. Each Chef will be presented with a box of ingredients to use for their menu, it will be their own flare and style but of course following the restaurants ethos for local organic ingredients with health in mind.

Susan Davies has been with us since the day we opened and how she has grown and developed! Susan attends Westminster Catering college as well as working hard as John's assistant chef in the restaurant. Susan is calm and precise with her execution of each plate, a true 'Raw' talent.
