John spent part of his early career in the South West Region of France, learning about french cooking.
For this evening, John and his team will present a three course dinner using local ingredients to the restaurant cooked with classic french influences.
The South West region is popular with organic wine makers, we will have wines for pairing or by the bottle available on the evening.
