Introducing our Head Chef Liam Lingwood for this showcase evening.
Liam has spent the past 3 years working at Le Benaix Bar and Brasserie a busy Essex restaurant. Before this he spent time at various London & Essex establishments learning his craft .
With some Michelin star restaurant experience under his belt, Liam is excited to be starting the next chapter of his career with us at Food.
During this evening our Head Chef will be using seasonal, local and organic ingredients to showcase his talents and prepare for you a three course dinner.
£35 per person
