During this masterclass you will create a seasonal Easter feast, learn which flavours match, how to prepare lamb so it is tender and full of flavour.
The day will proceed as follows:
- Refreshments on arrival at 10.30am
- Approx 2 hour cookery masterclass
- Glass of bubbles
- 3 course lunch at 1pm
(If possible using the produce you have prepared and worked with)
- Guests can be invited to join you for lunch from 1pm
- Printed recipes to take home
