A restaurant in Leigh-on-sea Essex, Real food, sourced locally, made from organic produce, we service organic wine, biodynamic wine and natural wines. 

 

We serve a 4 course tasting menu which changes regularly depending on the seasonal produce. Below are some of the ingredients we will be using to create the dishes.
