Having found a new local supplier of berries we are very excited about this months menu! When John visited the farm he left with baskets of blackcurrants and gooseberries which have had an influence over this months menu.
Featuring slow cooked lamb neck for the first few weeks as well as highlighting the organic beetroot from Sarah Greens Organic Farm which in now in season.
This months dessert is dedicated to berries! left as they are, made into a jam and also a sorbet.
Courgettes are very good this time of year and there delicate flavour matches well with our catch of the day.
