Served Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings only.
The dishes vary from day to day depending on the fresh local produce available.
The first course is a ‘light’ dish highlighting the seasonal vegetables.
Second course is a locally caught fish course, sustainably fished and delivered fresh from the boat.
Third course is a slow cooked meat dish. The meat is always from a local farm that practices free-range, grass fed and organic practices. We choose cuts of meat that are sustainable, healthy and require creative cooking. Slow cooking meat brings out the flavour and is more beneficial to our health.
The final course is a sweet dish, highlighting seasonal flavours and we use unrefined sugar and natural sweeteners with just enough sweetness that our body requires.
You will also receive a healthy snack to begin your evening, gluten-free bread and a treat at the end of your experience.
Wine pairing is an option on the evening or we have a full beverage menu with organic wines starting at £22.
