It’s important to us that we choose wine that has been produced sustainably. Not only does it protect the environment, it supports social responsibility, maintains economic feasibility and produces high quality wines.
Organic or Minimum Intervention
Organic wine is just as important as organic food. The process is exactly the same and produced with no artificial or synthetic chemicals, such as herbicides and pesticides. Organic production reduces the level of sulphates in the bottle and bans any GMOs or non-permitted additives.
There are different levels of organic wine around the world so not all the wine will follow the same procedures.
Our wine experience is available on Friday & Saturday evenings and Saturday lunch for £35pp.
